The Port Of Dover is the cross-channel port situated in Dover, south-east England. Its distance from France, just 21 miles, makes it an excellent location. Backed by its famous White Cliffs, the location of Dover in Kent, on England's southeastern tip, makes it the UK's closest geographical point to Continental Europe.
Dover is 70 miles south of London, directly linked to the M2/A2 and M20/A20, both of which connect to the M25.
Dover's SeaFrance, P&O Ferries and Norfolkline terminals are situated to the east of the town at the Eastern Docks and the old Hoverspeed terminal is to the west. Travelling by road, simply follow the clearly signposted routes from the A2 or M20/A20.
